Along with first-class butchers and nice neighborhood bars, a good tobacconist can be, at least in the US, a hard thing to find.

A good tobacconist will carry, generally, a few mainstream cigarettes at high prices. Those are stocked for employees of the shops surrounding the tobacconist's shop (tobaccony? tobaccarina?).

The good part of the shop will have

A dealer in tobacco; also, a manufacturer of tobacco.

A smoker of tobacco.
