Ting Ting Jahe has a nice powerful burst of ginger, and its chewy texture gives way fairly easily. It's about as chewy as a gummi bear, only a bit stickier.
JapanCandy.com says that "it was offered to Case by Julius Deane in William Gibson's book Neuromancer", and after trying some of this stuff I can see why it would be popular among hackers. Now if only it lasted longer. I'm hooked.
