Thomas Sowell is an Economist who holds the Rose and Milton Friedman Senior Fellowship for the Hoover Institute a conservative think tank at Stanford.
As evidenced by his current position, Dr. Sowell is a conservative economist whose writings include: Classical Economics Reconsidered, Knowledge and Decisions, a three part series on the economic impacts of culture: Race and Culture, Migrations and
Culture, and Conquests and Cultures.
Dr. Sowell grew up in harlem, joined the marines, went from the marines to Harvard for his BA, Columbia for his MA, and received his Ph.D from the University of Chicago.
