Thermal Plastic is a
heat-resistant,
durable, and
flexible man-made material. It is used in a variety of
applications, some more
exciting than others (I can't think of any exciting ones). Most often, though, it is used as an
insulator. Because of its
electrical properties, or lack thereof, it is used in high performance cabling, like
SCSI.
