Thelytoky is the parthenogenetic production of only female offspring.

The female Cape honeybee, several other species of wasp and bee, millipedes, and certain other insects can have female offspring without using sperm.

Thelytoky is simliar to arrhenotoky. Spanandry is the term for species that don't have males, or that have very few.
