This is the first incidence of the "stallion"; there is a second "surprise" stallion on this album, and on Ween's next album, "Pure Guava," there is a "The Stallion (part 3)."
Most of this is just verbal ranting, though bits of it attempt to be melodic. It is never clear who this song is directed at, but I would not like to be that person, for the rage of Gene is apparent here. As an example:

The song continues to threaten its subject by calling him/her a piece of shit and saying amusing things like "On my dick you should sit!" All of this is delivered in a sort of distorted scratchy electronically enhanced voice, and Gene has affected a sort of posh voice as he rants. It is a very interesting song.
