Breasts are not meant to have dimples. Dimpling of the breasts may be a sign of skin tethering in breast cancer caused by the tumour (tumor) attaching to overlying skin.

A particular kind of dimpling is called peau d'orange (French for "orange peel" because it looks like the skin of an orange) which is caused by inflammatory breast cancer. This happens because of oedema (edema) caused by blockage of lymphatic drainage by the cancer.

Given this information, I guess the title of this node could be a particularly sinister and insidious curse.
