Form of canine long distance communication composed of long and short barks relayed over a significant distance. Used most notably in London by Pongo and Perdita to broadcast the news of their puppies being stolen in 101 Dalmatians. Much like graffiti or even pirate radio, the Twilight Bark can be seen as a specifically urban form of communication - easily overlooked and at the same time vital and immediate.
