Britain had the Sex Pistols, America The Ramones and Australia had the Saints, widely considered to be that country's premier punk rock band. Launching their career in 1977 with ace debut single I'm Stranded. They went on to produce albums of quirky punked up covers alongside their own material. This was usually written by gravel voiced singer Chris Bailey and co-leader Ed Keupper.
