The Rolodex Kid was the nickname of George Bush Sr., 41st President of the United States of America. Bush was allegedly awarded the sobriquet by Time Magazine during his early rise to power for his fanatical devotion to entering the name of every person he ever met into his Rolodex and finding a way to keep in contact with them.
This is possibly the ultimate example of the efficacy of networking. Guess who inherited his Rolodex.
