(Danish: Den Danske Brigade i Tyskland, a.k.a. Tysklandsbrigaden)

The Danish post-World War II occupation force in Germany, from 1947 to 1958. Under the terms of an agreement with the British government, a Danish force of 4000 men (mostly infantry and artillery) under British command was stationed in Oldenburg in the summer of 1947.

The force was moved to Itzehoe in 1949, and reduced to 1400 men, being later augmented again to 2000 men. It remained stationed at Itzehoe under the name The Danish Command in Germany (Danish: Den Danske Kommando i Tyskland) until it was recalled to Denmark in 1958.
