Nice people, it seems. You fill out a form with a bit of information (like what kind of apartment you want, price range, etc.) and then wait. And then you wait a little bit more. Then, after waiting twice, you talk to an "agent," who uses what looked to me like some sort of proprietary search engine to find available apartments that match the criteria you're looking for. The "agent" then takes you to that place to take a look. Then, they reel you back to the office and try to sell you. Nice people, it seems.
