1 medium white potato

1 cup canola oil

Salt to taste

1. Slice potato as thin as possible. Nope, thinner. THERE you go.

2. Pour oil into deep frypan and turn stove to medium low.

3. Place potato slices in pan and fry on medium low for 25 minutes or until deep golden brown.

4. Transfer slices to plate lined with paper towel. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
