The T-Wing is a fighter vessel in the Star Wars universe with a roughly cylindrical fuselage and 3 engine nacelles. From the front or back it looks like an inverted "Y," but the name "
Y-Wing" was already taken.
It was apparently originally created by game designers at Totally Games for the
Lucasarts game X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter, as no earlier references can be found. There are statistics for it for the
Star Wars RPG floating around, but these appear to be derived from the computer game, not the other way around.
