12 fluid ounces of orangey goodness.
A
tasty beverage bottled by the Cable Car Beverage Corp,
Denver,
Colorado. A definite contender in the
Root Beer or Cream Soda debate. A staple of the
Middle American Sugar Diet, Stewart's is widely available east of the
Mississippi, and sells for about $0.75 per bottle in packages of four. The taste is smooth, closer to that of a
liquid orange creamsicle than that of
orange crush or
Minute Maid Orange Soda. Reasonably good with
vodka. Highly recommended.
Ingredients:
Carbonated water,
high fructose corn syrup, natural and artificial flavor,
orange juice concentrate,
sodium benzoate (a
preservative),
citric acid, food starch modified,
ester gum,
yellow #6, brominated
soybean oil, and
BHA (to protect
flavor).No
caffeine, unfortunately. Or fortunately, depending on your perspective.
