Spring Harvest is a huge Christian conference held yearly at Butlins over the Easter period. Currently attended by 12000 people each year, this event now attracts top speakers such as Steve Chalke and William Hague(!!). Started as a much smaller venture in 1982, the original ideolgy has been used as a base to launch many side projects including a publisher and even a holiday firm! Currently there are three 'weeks' (week meaning 6 days) yearly (originally named 1, 2 and 3), each starting as the previous one finishes. Week two is always over the Easter bank holiday weekend. The location has varied over the years. Currently running parallel in Minehead and Skegness it has previously run in Ayr and Pwllheli.
