These dishes of applesauce pudding are excellent appetizers or desserts for very important gatherings. You can serve these in little foil cupcake pans or small glass dishes, and they are especially appropriate for weddings, particularly Pagan Handfastings.



Soak the raisins in the brandy until plump. Drain. Combine raisins, applesauce, and cinnamon. Serve warm or cold.
