The belief that one acheives spiritual growth by drinking good booze. In the Afterlife, all Sippists go to bars, rather than Heaven or Hell. Depending on the quality of the booze you drank, you either go to a very nice bar of your choice, or to a seamy dockside tavern where life is cheap, and the whiskey is cheaper.

As the alcoholic content of your drinks varies, so does the spiritual impact of the drinks. For example, a wine cooler will put only a very minor blight upon your soul, while a bottle of Thunderbird gives a definite dockward tug. A bottle of 12-year-old single-malt Scots whisky is a surefire cure for all the cheap booze you drank while you were a teenager, although if your youth was extremely misspent, you might want to drink two.

Remember, Life is too short to drink cheap beer.
