That which may contain offensive material, but conceals the offensive material in a way that those who haven't been exposed to the type of offensive material included won't pick it up there, and often presents it in such a way as to not be offensive to those who have been exposed to that type before.
The prime example being the britcom Are you being served?, it makes double entendres constantly, yet is often enjoyed by the whole family.
