Selected Climbs in the Cascades

This is a two volume (so far) set by Jim Nelson and Peter Potterfield. For the Washington alpine and traditional climbing sect, these are the definitive guides, next to (and really complimentary to) the Fred Becky guides.

The most recent one, Selected Climbs in the Cascades, Vol II, has reached almost cult status in the few months since it's release, being sold out constantly everywhere. I scored a copy yesterday and am thus stoked.
