Add 20 Fluorine atoms to C60 and you get C60F20. The Fluorine atoms arrange themselves in a ring and squash the buckyball soccer ball shape into an oblate spheroidal shape. Thus the discoverers of this molecule dubbed it Saturnene from the resemblance to Saturn and its rings.
