Earthbound. It's located beyond a cave near
Grapefruit Falls outside the town of
Threed.
Saturn Valley contains the typical fixtures of an
Earthbound town: the
inn, the
item shop, the
telephone, lots of people to talk to, and an
ATM machine.
Near the end of the game Dr. Andonuts works with the Mr. Saturns to build a dimensional transporter that will aid Ness and his friends in defeating Giygas. Saturn Valley, therefore, is the last safe place in Eagleland by the end of the game.
When visiting Saturn Valley don't forget to take a dip in the hot springs.
