Illinois. It is a subsidiary of Newell
Rubbermaid.
The company was founded in 1857 by Frederick D. Redington and William H. Sanford in Massachusetts. Their initial products included inks and mucilage (glue). In 1866 they moved to Chicago. In 1947 they moved to their current destination in Bellwood.
