Sancho Software was a video game company from the classic Atari 2600 era. They bought out Panda Software when it went out of business and rereleased Panda's unimpressive stable of games. Some slightly modifed. But they were all the same basically bad games the put Panda out of business in the first place. they of course quickly went bankrupt themselves. The lesson here is to never buy a dying companies ideas. The other company would not be dead if their ideas were any good.
