A Middle-Eastern style dish. Sabich is a kind of a fast food, and like many of its Middle Eastern siblings in the fast food category, it's relatively cheap and is often sold in small shops or stands.

Sabich is made the following way (I know it doesn't look like a recipe, but follow these instructions and you should get sabich, more or less);

That's it. You can add amba/zhug/extra hummus/another eggplant etc, but that's up to you.

Warning: Israel's general neural surgeon warns that if you make sabich at home instead of just going downstairs and buying some, then either: you live in the wrong country or you need a lobotomy.
