These little shots of caffeine are currently placed in convenience stores along side the non dairy creamers and the little straws and envelopes of various sweeteners.
One doesn't have to buy them, for better or worse they are there for the picking up and supposedly the adding to of various coffee drinks (or slurpies? There is a sweetened stok as well)
