This is a quick and simple Italian dinner:
Make it veggitarian by cutting out the Ham.

Rigatoni - 200g
Raw Parma ham - 200g
Mushrooms (champignons de Paris)- 200g
Spinach - 200g
Olive oil- just enough to coat the pan
Cook the rigatoni in a lot of boilling water. In the meantime, slowly heat the olive oil adding in the ham. After 5 minutes put the raw mushrooms and the spinach, both cut very thiny. Let the ham, mushrooms and spinach cook slowly for 10 minutes.

When the rigatoni is cooked, take them out from water and add the sauce.

It's done, dinner time!
