Reverse Poisoned Horizon routing is a censorship tactic which essentially makes a computer invisible in cyberspace. By use of steganography, the perpetrator connects to the internet by hijacking someone else's connection and inserting their transmission so that it appears like line noise within theirs. The victims connection will re-transmit those packets that it thinks are incorrect or dropped, and continue oblivious of the new driver.

From the internet's perspective, your computer was never online at all.
