Amazing novel by William Browning Spencer in which a modern-day protagonist is pursued by the Old Ones of H.P. Lovecraft's Cthulhu Mythos. The novel's hero, Philip, starts off working at a resume agency (hence the title) - but he is slowly ingested into corporate America, which turns out to be run by Cthulhu itself.
Was published in 1996 in paperback by White Wolf. At the time I picked up a few other White Wolf paperbacks (mostly because the covers were well-designed and intriguing) - and they were all quite good though this is the only one I remember.
I read this while trapped in Hartford, CT, installing my company's document management vaporware at Northeast Utilities. Needless to say, Cthulhu runs that place too.
