A phrase first coined by Chris Stevens of Internet Magazine in the UK to describe the phenomenon of eBay users photographing themselves reflected naked in an auction item. The first known instance of Reflectoporn is the famous naked guy in the kettle.

Unsuspecting eBay users may not immediately register a naked body reflected in the polished surface of the kettle. But at second glance, the image of a podgy nude man clasping a camera is difficult to forget.

Naked reflections have appeared on electric guitars, toasters and even cutlery.
