an internet bubble bursting morality tale if ever there was one.

started out as 2 blokes and a plan on a napkin. became cool. got huge amounts of venture capital. bought every other cool thing they could find. decided they needed some heavyweight techiness. bought i-Cube. suddenly realised they were a couple of people with no previous experience in charge of a large multinational corporate. spent $2m+ on flying all their employees to Las Vegas in an attempt to 'integrate' them. article in wired made them look silly. stock price started falling dramatically. investors got cross. huge layoffs announced. several class actions started against the directors and the company. whole future of company looks very doubtful indeed.
