Rasta pasta is pasta imbued with the magical powers of marijuana.
My simple recipe for 3 servings is to take an 1/8 of an ounce of whatever type of weed you can get, the better it is the better your pasta will be. Put it in a blender until its powder, and then cook the powder with a decent amount of olive oil in a pan for about 10 minutes. Add a whole bunch of other dried herbs, oregano, basil, etc and a can of crushed tomatoes and a small can of tomato paste to the oil and simmer for a couple minutes. Then divide the sauce evenly over three plates of spaghetti, or your pasta of choice, and dig in. This once made me straight retarded for 2 whole days.
You can adjust the recipe by adding a gram of weed per additional serving and tomato as need be. You can also just add a gram of weed per person to any sauce recipe as long as you cook the ground up weed in some sort of oil or fat for a couple minutes to get the THC out since its fat soluble.
Eating is a fun and healthy way to consume cannabis. Pasta is probabaly my favorite, because I've always found weed to be too spicy for brownies.
