Ramhorn turned from a cassette into a robotic rhinoceros, in the same vein as Ravage and Laserbeak on the Decepticon side. Surprisingly, the cartoon gave him the ability to speak, unlike his Decepticon counterparts, as seen in the episode "Forever is a Long Time Coming".
