These are large,
round balloons made of a very heavy rubber. They typically are sold deflated, with a large
rubber band. After you blow up the
balloon, you tie the end in a
knot, and secure the rubber band to the balloon. This makes a
punching bag-like
toy. It is fairly harmless, yet makes a lot of noise.
These balloons are a favorite amount
recreational N2O users. They like the thickness of the
balloon, because it doesn't
pop as easily as regular
party balloons. It also holds much a larger
quantity.
