French designer. From 1983 to 1992 he publishes 9 issues of the magazine "Qui? Résiste" (Who? Resists), a series of tutorials that he designs on one theme per issue using different graphical techniques. It's during the work on this magazine that he starts designing typefaces, as Minimum with obvious inspiration on the Russian Constructivism, Quantange, that he presents as "an ortographical-phonetical-plastical typeface", Basnoda, "a typeface for vertical palindrome" and Sintaitik for texts free of "all useless letters". Some of these typefaces are available trough Fontshop.

Trough Agfa he release Gararond as an homage to Garamont and he created an adaptation of Tifinagh, the Tuareg alphabet.

In 1995 he was awarded the Charles Nypels award in The Netherlands for the whole of his typographic work.
