Common fixture in modern suburban architecture. A large window, usually facing the most scenic direction. Obviously: the street. Typically lavishly decorated with fancy drapes, or at the very least, protected by a gigantic rug nailed in place to prevent passers-by from seeing stuff they shouldn't. Like somebody watching Saved by the Bell or one of shows starring Bob Saget.
