A mom and pop clothing store in New Orleans since 1939. Since 1980, it has been associated with its crawfish logo. This grew out of a failed bid to make Polo shirts. When the deal fell through they had a surplus of Polo-style golf shirts, so they replaced the man on the horse with a little red crawfish.

Tourists are often bizarrely confused by the logo, often mistaking it for a shrimp, a lobster, and, in one case, a yo-yo. Then again, most tourists in New Orleans are drunk and stupid, so perhaps this is to be expected.
