Pronounced (and sometimes spelled) Pentjak Silat, it's the ancient and modern martial art of Indonesia, comprising of a wide variety of wrestling, joint breaking, throwing, kicking, striking and weapons techniques. The techniques often seem like boxing, wrestling, jujitsu, gungfu and escrima, but with a distinctly different flavour. It is one of the origins of Kali. See Pencak, Silat, and Kuntao.
