The PSAS is a product of Lucent Bell Labs which provides
a carrier-grade real-time voice/data End-Office switch for CLECs, a cable-company, ISPs, ITSPs, and ILECs building new next-generation IP networks. It runs the Inferno operating system. It provides a single box solution to converging analog telephony and data networks. The PSAS works with many forms of networks including POTS, DSL, ISDN, ATM, Frame Relay, DS3, and many more.
