Juggling, when you start, is a solitary act. However, once you get the basics down, you can move on to the social aspects of juggling. There are thousands of syncopated patterns that can get more than one person juggling together as a group. The most common 2-person pattern is called 4 count, or "every other" passing. This involves both parties juggling with the inside cascade pattern at the same time, and with "Every Other" club in the right hand, passing that across to your partner's left hand. Advanced patterns past that are the shower pattern, which is a 2 count, and the waltz, which is a 3 count. 3 count is interesting in that you pass with alternating hands.
