Better known as the "Big Rusty Concrete Building". It is the central learning area for engineers at the University of Toledo. The temperatures range from uncomfortably cold to liquid hot magma. The rooms on the third floor are also unique due to the flimsy material used to seperate them. This design allows students to be in one lecture and hear another. Two classes for the price of one! Secret underground tunnel also allows travel between Palmer Hall and North Engineering.
