Actor, born Pamela Jane Hardon in
Frankfurt,
Germany in
1955. After a visit to
New York's
Actors' Studio during her
college years she abandoned her dream to be the first woman
ambassador to the
Soviet Union and pursued a career in acting. She is fluent in
French,
Spanish,
English, and
Russian, was married to
Dennis Quaid for a time, and currently lives with her two childern in the
San Fernando Valley.
Her film credits include Carrie, Rock 'n' Roll High School, Halloween, Private Benjamin, and Stripes.
On a side note, if I wanted to be an actor and my last name was "Hardon", I'd probably change it too. Depending of course on what genre I wanted to work in.
