, she has included the recipe along with the yummy baked goods.
- Cream together shortening, cream cheese, and sugars. Add eggs, orange peel, and vanilla. Beat well.
- Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop from teaspoon 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle lightly with nuts or granulated sugar if desired. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about ten minutes. Makes 6 dozen cookies.
