Olympia and York was once a massive
property management company based in
Canada. They lost their shirts during the
recession of the late
1980s and eventually filed for
bankruptcy.
The company has now
resurfaced and been
restructured and is
operating under O&Y, and also has interests with International Properties and Oxford Properties.
