Ohio Wesleyan University was founded in 1842 by the Methodists. It is located about 20 miles outside of Columbus in the small town of Delaware. Around 1800 students attend this small liberal arts college. It's claim to fame is being the college where Lucy Webb Hayes, wife of the 19th President of the United States Rutherford B. Hayes attended and was proposed to. It's colours are red and black. The mascot is a bishop. The campus is lovely and quite large. The only draw back is that the acedemic and housing sides are on opposite ends.
