Also titled just Espiritu Adolescente, Oelle Como Espiritu Adolescente is the title of a genre-bending cover performance by Mandragora Tango Orchestra, of the song Smells Like Teen Spirit, originally by the grunge and alternative rock band, Nirvana.

As the cover artists' name indicates, this cover is a tango, featuring typical instrumentation found in traditional tango music: the bandoneon (an instrument in the same vein as the accordion), violin, folk guitar, and bass viol. The song does not feature any vocal performance whatsoever; the melody is chiefly covered by the violin, in place of human voice.

You can listen to it here on YouTube, and you can learn more about Mandragora Tango, at this link, which directs to their band biography on their website. They are a Minneapolis, Minnesota based group, featuring Bob Barnes on bandoneon, Laura Harada on violin, Scott Mateo Davis on guitar, and Nicholas Gaudette on bass.
