A professional network/telecommunications cable tester built by Microtest. It can test, diagnose and certify CAT5/5e/6 and 7. One of my favorite features was just using it to measure how long a cable was. If there is a break in a pair, it will tell you how far down the cable it is. It performs several tests on each pair and records all the results. After a day of testing, you can download all the results into a spreadsheet.

You can also get an optional fiber optic kit, which allows you to certify fiber. It also turns the tester into a "laser flashlight" which is helpful in identifying fibers.

I had the pleasure of working with one of these at my last job. We spent about $10,000 on the unit and options. Cabling contractors would tremble at the sight of it... One guy asked if I could "turn the sensitivity down" as it kept finding problems with his crappy wiring.
