A better way to create an awesome fireworks effect with non-dairy creamer is to stand at the top of large stairwell with an open center(ie you can look down to all the floors) and pour a large cannister slowly out down the stairwell. Have a partner at the bottom with a lighter ready and when the creamer hits the flame, the flame will travel up the creamer in a rather interesting effect. This way you are much more likely to be arrested for arson.
