1 Cup Non-fat Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Chopped Cucumber
1/2 Carrot, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Chopped Ginger
Put all vegetables in a blender and mince. Next add sour cream and blend until desired consistency is reached (thicker for dip, thinner for dressing).
