A phrase used by people who work regularly-scheduled, but odd, work shifts, to refer to the first day of their work week, regardless of what day it may be. E.g., someone who works Wednesday through Sunday would refer to the former as "my Monday." The same dislocation happens to Friday to represent the last day of the week. Intermediate days figure in this relative calendar, but with noticeably lower frequency.
